Hi Joana, the mincost is the result of minimizing the AAD, but it is not the AAD itself. While 0.1 and 0.2 are very good values and indicate a good registration, it probably won't be necessary in your manuscript to go into that much detail (unless there is something about the data that would make it especially hard to register). doug
