1. You need to register firstly by this link. http://adni.loni.usc.edu/data-samples/access-data/
2. After you get apporval, you could log in to https://ida.loni.usc.edu/login.jsp?project=ADNI&page=HOME
3. After log in to loni and you could see click the adni repo and access data. As far as I know, ADNI only released partial Freesurfer 6.0 data (ADNI 3 maybe I could not remember clearly)
