Hi,
anybody knows, how long does it take to run one subcortical segmentation on a MacPro? It take about 6 hours on my MacBook Pro, so I would expect it should finish faster on the workstation. Could anybody suggest me a hardware configuration, on which it could be about 4 hours?
Last question, is/can be/will be the freesurfer's code parallelized?
