Hi all,
I've just started using Freesurfer and the software works fine (with .mnc extensions). However, my data has a .mri format. I couldn't find how to convert this data with Freesurfer. Does anyone know whether this format is supported within Freesurfer of how to convert it to a format that can be used in Freesurfer?
