you need to run aparcstats2table, something like
aparcstats2table --skip --tablefile V5vo-BA-lh.dat --parc=BA --meas volume --hemi lh --delimiter comma ...

I am trying to create a table of "lh.BA.stats" values where all subject are listed in a.txt.
asegstats2table tries to work however there is nothing in the table but the subject-id's. Does anyone have any ideas what is going wrong?
