Hi freesurfers,
I have a problem editing a topological defect given that it is represented by cortex non included within the pial boundary without white matter in it. The problem is I can't use white matter to place control points and/or edit voxel in the aux wm.mgz volume... I'm attaching an image... the area I'm talking about is indicated by green arrows.
