[Freesurfer] WM Hyperintensities

Hello all,

I have a quick question. As we know, T2 FLAIR can be used in Freesurfer to refine the pial surfaces. I am wondering if T2 FLAIR can also be used to improve the detection of white matter hyperintensities?
