I have the current cuda version install (8.0).
Does freesurfer only work with cuda 5.0? Is there a plan to link the forthcoming 6.0 version with the current version of cuda?
I've certainly run the CUDA versions of mri_ca_register and mri_em_register against CUDA 8.0. However, that was a version I'd compiled myself.
