I was wondering if there is a skull stripped version of the file /usr/local/freesurfer/stable5_0_0/average/mni305.cor.mgz stored anywhere. I tried applying bet and mri_watershed on the mni305.cor.mgz file (with different frequencies as well) but there were still parts of the skull showing. Thank you for your time!
