[Freesurfer] transforming Base surfaces to Cross space

Dear All,

For longitudinal data sets, is there a way that the lh.pial surface from the Base can be transformed into the brainmask.mgz space of a Cross so that it can be viewed with tkmedit on the Cross brainmask.mgz?
