[Freesurfer] recon-all w/ non-default templates

Hello all,

I currently have volumetric infant templates in .nifti format. Is there any way to run recon-all using these templates instead of the default adult templates? From what I understand, freesurfer uses .tif format for templates. I just can't seem to figure out how to get the infant templates (.nifti format) to work with the FreeSurfer recon-all process.
