I took a your class few days ago, It was very help for me. I am mainly research Brain Anatomy data using high resolution images at 7 Tesla
I am attempting to compute for Recon-all -qcache to Model and Contrasts GLM
I was recon-all using high-resolution tutorial from "http://freesurfer.net/fswiki/HiResRecon"
But In my recon file, there is no surf/lh.white. K.

I have questions
Can not be Normalization in High-resolution data?
If I compared to between Patients and Control in volume or
thickness, could simply compare using stats information(individual)?
