Hi,
I wanted to do the brain parcellation using Destrieux atlas on quite big dataset, however it will take too much time. I thought that maybe there is a way to restrict the number of regions used for parcellation (for me the most interesting are areas in the temporal lobe), so it will shorten the processing time? Do you have any experience with that? Is it possible?
