Hi Alan
we produce lots of curvature measures. Which one do you mean? Which file are you reading it from?

Hi Bruce:
As you know - along with Volume, Thickness and SA, FS also gives curvature numbers for the 5 subregions of the CC. In my dataset, which is comparing High risk offsping of SZ subjects and healthy controls, the curvature numbers show a siginficant difference (p < 0.03) between the groups. In addition these curvature numbers are negatively correlated with aspects of cognition such as working memory and attention (p < 0.002).
I am finding difficulty interpreting the results since I am unsure how curvature is measured.
thanks,
Alan

Hi All:
Does a lower score on the curvature index of the CC (as done by FreeSurfer) imply that the Corpus Callosum is more curved (smaller radius) or is it the other way around?
thank you,
Alan
