Dear all,
i want to run clusterwise correction for group comparison. I use the following command.
mri_glmfit-sim \ --glmdir /data/Psychiatrie/01_Projects_Folder/DA_Sritharan/Freesurfer/qdec/averagethichnessdiagnosisFWHM15rh \ --sim mc-z 10000 2 mc-z.abs.2 \ --sim-sign abs \ --overwrite
I get the following error message: stem2fname:command not found
Could anyone tell me,what's wrong?
