Hi Gabriel,
In the snapshots you've sent, it doesn't look like there is an option selected in the 'custom fill --> fill conditions' You have to select 'custom fill --> fill conditions --> Upto and including paths' along with the 'last clicked vertex' and 'create new label'. Also make sure to click in the interior of the ROI, after creating a closed path and before custom fill.

as a matter of fact, i have tried what you said, and still nothing, any other suggestions???' i have all marked vertices like a ROI but, all of them are just the limit of the ROI not all the label i want, i guess i need to have that limit marked to click to fill and add them to existing label? i have done that too, and it's not working.
Regards
Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,
a couple of things:
- You need to click in the interior of the region you want to fill.
- You need to say "last clicked" not "all clicked".
- You need to check the "up to paths" button.

hello
i'm trying to make a ROI wich not coincides with the FS parcellation, i've click the surrounding area, then click in custom fill buttom, i've tried all options, and each time all the brain gets white and then purple, wich i think that means it's not making the roi, i've tried clicking in make closed path and make path, then custom fill buttom and still can't make that single ROI
i'm sending the images step by step
