Thanks for your answer. For the slice with white matter lesion, I need to manually fill the ventricle. Am I right? Do I need to fill the ventricle in the slices that I don't edit anything at all?

the ventricle isn't autofilled (yet). We're hoping to release a new version with this and other functionality in it sometime in the next month.
