Hi all,
I am trying to find the volumes of lesions present in the white matter. Would 'WM-hypointensities' in aseg.stats give me this value? (A similar label is also found in wmparc.stats, but the values are not the same)
Also, does the tot-cerebral-white-matter volume include the WM-hypointensities volume as well?
