Hello, I'm in the process of trying to map designated voxels from Talairach space in Freesurfer to the corresponding image in subject space in FSL's gui FDT(Probtrackx). Obviously, there will not be a direct mapping between these two coordinate spaces. How would I go about this? Thanks in advance.
