It is just the maximum significance (min p-value)

External Email - Use CautionAha. Makes sense. Thanks a lot Doug. If there were any surviving voxels, what does the content of this file (mc-z.abs.13.sig.voxel.max.dat) mean?

There does not have to be any voxels that survived the voxel-wise correction even if there are surviving clusters (this is why people use clusters)

External Email - Use CautionHello Experts,
I ran a surface based pet analysis and I found 6 surviving clusters in the cluster-wise map. However, when I tried to view the voxel-wise map ( mc-z.abs.13.sig.voxel.mgh), it displayed as yellow meaning there was nothing (see attached). Shouldn't it be showing regions that survived at voxel-wise level? Any ideas why it isn't displaying the appropriate figure?
Also, what does the content of this file (mc-z.abs.13.sig.voxel.max.dat) mean?
Thank you.
