Are you naming the file “license.txt” or “licence.txt”. We look for the former, not the latter. And is there a .license.txt in that directory? And if so, where did it come from? I have reinstalled FreeSurfer 6 in my new system following the FreeSurfer wiki. I have saved the 'licence.txt' in /usr/local/freesurfer. However, I am getting following error-
