sorry, but not at current MRI resolutions. The cerebellar foliations are amazingly finescale, and you would probably need something like .25-.3mm in plane (coronal) resolution to accurately model them, although you might be able to get away with thicker slices as the curvature in the a/p direction is pretty moderate.
