Hi, I am using MRIConvert tool of lcni.uoregon.edu to convert Simens ima files to FSL Nifti format. After converting the files every time when I want to do anything with freesurfer I get the following error message: niiRead(): unsupported timing pattern in Test.nii.gz
Are you using the stable version? This may be fixed with the dev version.
and,
when use mri_convert of freesurfer to convert siemens ima files to any format I get the following error can't open file TEST.1.1.ima (low = 1, this = 1, high = 1) actually the first file in the folder is TEST.1.001.ima.. I think mri_convert has a problem with zeros at the end of the file name. It just ignores them. Is there a way to get rid of this problems?
Yes, I think it is throwing it off. Are you sure this is the old ima format and not just a dicom with a .ima extension? If it is a dicom, then run mri_convert with -it siemens_dicom
Thanks a lot
