I actually don't know what the FSL masks correspond to. If they are volumetric labels then they are unlikley to perfectly correspond to anything in FreeSufer. If you really want correspondence you are probably best off taking their maps and mapping them to our surfaces.
Note that we have Brodmann labels for area 1, 4, 3a, 3b, etc...
