[Freesurfer] T1 problem after reprocessing

Hi,

I'm having problems with T1 after reprocessing. The original scan has no problems on T1 (screenshot attached), but after I edited and reprocessed (edited subcortical aseg and added control points to correct surfaces), the T1 now has problems (screenshot attached). What's causing this issue on T1, which wasn't present on the original scan?
