I run recon-all process for a subject's T1 data. At the end, the pial files are 0Kb and I cannot open them from python.
Did it end with an error? Did you run out of space? What version of FS? Can you send the recon-all.log file?
What would be the problem here? Also, is there any difference between pial file and pial.T1 file? I will be happy if you can answer.
The ?h.pial should be a symbolic link to ?h.pial.T1
