Thank you, I'm grabbing the dev version but it is tough to download a 6 gb file that changes daily. Could you put up just the binary? In the existing cuda binary I was getting around a 10 to 15 times speed up on a quadro 4000 vs i7-980, so very desirable to have a stable version.
Thanks.

Hi Chris
that sounds like a bug we briefly had in our dev version that was fixed months and months ago. You should grab a new one (or Nick or Zeke can post an update if that is the newest one we have posted)

I downloaded the mri_ca_register_cuda binary from the ftp site
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/misc/linux-centos6_x86_64/mri_ca_register_cuda
I'm not sure whether this is an unstable version or not but when I use it the subsequent inversion step does not work:
I'm happy to send the m3z file if you wish to debug it.
mri_ca_register -invert-and-save transforms/talairach.m3z
MatrixAsciiReadFrom: could not scanf parms Loading, Inverting, Saving, Exiting ... Reading transforms/talairach.m3z zcat transforms/talairach.m3z Segmentation fault (core dumped)
