Hello all,
After running a mris_glm analysis, I load the sigt.w file as a overlay. When configuring the threshold value for this overlay, one can adjust the min/mid/max values on the x-axis based on the y-axis values. What do the min/mid/max values and count values on the graph indicate?
Thank you,
Thang Nguyen
