Bruce,
Are there any plans to make the code multi-processor aware? Has this been looked into in the past? When I have some free time, I'd like to look into easy ways to parallelize the code or the processing stream, in a fine or coarse grain manner. Maybe there is a 'cheap' way to do this (ie spend no more than a few hours of work, although maybe I am just being naive about the difficulty).

Hello.
Does Freesurfer run on Linux cluster really taking advantage of it? Is it, what it is called, cluster-aware?
What about running on a multi-processor workstation? Up to how many CPU's can it handle?
Thank you.

Renat.
