Hi Freesurfers, There is avaliable a cerebelum mask in "http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/CerebellumParcellation_Buckner2011" however the corregistration from MNI152 space to subject space produces a few deformation that introduce an error in the fit of the mask into the real vermis of the subject. For that reason I would like to know if it is possible to use freesurfer to segmentate the vermis of cerebellum directly in my subject. Thank you all in advance.
