External Email - Use Caution
Hello, I am using FreeSurfer 8.2.0 and noticed some enclosed holes in the intracranial cavity (ICC) mask produced by recon-all. The holes appear in several slices, and they account for approximately 3% of voxels in one subject. Could you let me know:
1. Is this expected behavior for the ICC mask? 2. Is there a FreeSurfer option or recommended command to avoid or fill these holes?
