Feng-Xian,
The result files of a qdec analysis will be found the $SUBJECTS_DIR/qdec directory, in the 'Untitled' folder (or the name provided as the design name). The sig.mgh file contains the significance values for an analysis, consisting of a value for each vertex on the 'fsaverage' surface. You can extract those values to an ascii file this way:
mris_convert -c ./sig.mgh \ $SUBJECTS_DIR/fsaverage/surf/lh.white lh.sig.asc
where lh.sig.asc would be the ascii file (row data is: vertex num, x, y, z, sig val).
There is no threshold used in getting the result. It is the p-value, actually, -10log(p). Thresholding is only used in the qdec display, and that is adjustable by the user in the qdec app. Cluster analysis is performed outside of qdec (at least for now it is).
see the bottom of this page for info on cluster analysis: https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis

Hi, I have some problem about analysis with QDEC.
- How can I get the information about analysis, like T value, cluster
threshold, and so on? 2) What threshold setting (uncorrected or corrected) is Freesurfer used?
Thanks a lot!
