Hi Akila - The new atlas indeed includes the 42 tracts shown here: https://dmri.mgh.harvard.edu/tract-atlas/ Others will be coming in future versions. Indeed one of the summer students this year will be working on one of the other cerebellar peduncles that you mention, so those are high on the list.
Thanks for your interest, Anastasia. ________________________________ From: freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu freesurfer-bounces@nmr.mgh.harvard.edu on behalf of A.R. Hello Experts,
I am using Tracula to analyse the white matter tracts of the cerebellum. I saw that the atlas has the Middle cerebellar pedunclehttps://secure-web.cisco.com/1RU8MdA4Yds_PepNEq52WWjK8jWdz6oYfoTgR9zPaeseQLKNH5DdDAzr1zPmw7965g9YJ36Q7g_Ji0ypM_gONg0Yuc__2ihl6o1jQDaskTOPp6Lvr0KQUNuy-iddvTMnkrwViMHazL7tAvNuJiO5TNLvW7Tx--PyXBtsmBwABS80wE6lSy-TS_0nFf7kvJJ6sMGvbvYx2SB22ziJDrhN3pEtpRxCxrGIRmadKv9W0-4r5ME3H9Ra80nkwA_eLgp6Y5UEw6P4RC_bkd3e_KYSOOw/https%3A%2F%2Fdmri.mgh.harvard.edu%2Ftract-atlas%2F%23mcp, does it also have the other 2 major white matter tracts of the cerebellum: inferior (ICP), and superior cerebellar peduncles (SCP)? If not how can I go about using tracula for the analysis of these white matter tracts?
Thanks for your help!
Regards,
Akila
