Hi FS community,
I am trying to convert fsaverage to MNI space. The command did not produce computation errors, however the output file is upside down (not L-R reversed). Any thoughts on how to orient the output correctly (see attached pictures for output file)?
mri_vol2vol --mov fsaverage.DKT40+aseg.nii --targ /usr/local/fsl/data/standard/MNI152_T1_2mm.nii.gz --o fsaverage_MNI_DKT40+aseg.nii --interp nearest --reg /Applications/freesurfer/average/mni152.register.dat
