Hello,
One of our subjects has a left temporal lobe lesion (which appears on the MRI). But FS does not recognize the lesion. Is there any way to edit this to create better wm and pial surfaces? Attached is an image of the brainmask.mgz view as well as an image of the wm.mgz view.
