there will not be another release in the near future, that is, not within the next two months, but hopefully very soon after two months (in April).
the next version will be called v5.0, as it will be based on a newer internal codebase, and wont be compatible with older runs (in that you wont be able to mix subject data from old runs with new runs, although actually this is always what we suggest except in the case of close version numbers with minimal changes).
fyi, the current Leopard release works with Snow Leopard, except in the case of the Freeview gui app.
