Can FreeSurfer read from ANALYZE 7.5 2D images? I have some brain volumes
saved as 2D, a file per each slice. I can probably combine then into a single
3D volume in SPM or something, but I was wondering if FreeSurfer can read
them in directly in this form? Thanks.
