Hello FreeSurfer Experts,
We would like to automatically create circular labels of a pre-defined radius (e.g. 14mm) on the fsaverage surface in freesurfer. For each label, a target vertex with pre-defined RAS/Talairach coordinates should be in the center.
Would this be possible?
