Hi, I am new to freesurfer and to automated segmentation in general and I am having a problem using tkmedit's segmentation. I am able to open my images with freesurfer but I am having problems with the segmenation function. I am not sure I am even properly using it? I have gone through the tutorial with the tutorial data however I cannot do the same things with my own data. Any hints or procedures to follow?
