the error message says that:
The stats file /5000_series/5000_series/5002_out/stats/aseg.stats is not found.
does that file exist? its a text file so you should be able to open it with a text editor and view it.
if it doesnt exist, you can recreate it with:
recon-all -s 5002_out -segstats
