Hello Freesurfers!
I'd like to compare volumetric changes in two groups and visualize the difference on an overlay of fsaverage. But there are no volume files to concatenate and compare. How do I run a volumetric analysis using FSGD or QDEC without the volume files from recon-all_clinical?
