Hi support, I have a naive question about the make_average_subject function. I want to average MRIs to create a template. This process uses the talairach transformation to average in a common space. Once averaged, is the MRI still in this space or is there an inverse transformation to return to a real size? (which would be the average size of talairach boxes).
