Hello,
I was wondering whether the number of subjects used for segmentation and parcellation of cortex has changed from the original 36 MRI volumes explained in (Fischl et al, Cortex, 2004)? If so, how many subjects are now used in Freesurfer for segmenting and parcellating? Can you also explain what pathology these subjects have? Where can I find these?
