External Email - Use Caution
Hi Freesurfer experts,
I am new to the Freesurfer world !
My question is how to use aparcstats2table to extract data for a large number of subjects (approximately 700 subjects).
I have tried to paste the folder path that included all the pre-processed images, but it has not worked.
Anything will help
