Hi,
The problem was Neurolens' display of .mgz files.
mri_info of P.mnc and P.mgz is the same, and the display in Scuba is correct.

(Note for Olivier: Scuba's display [at least in my computer] is radiological, i.e., negative X coordinates are to the right)

p.s. and how did you create the .mnc in the first place? The safest thing by far is to go right from the dicoms. Does the .mnc show up properly in tkmedit and/or scuba?
