Hi FS community,
I was trying to view the results of the hippocampal subfield segmentation but had trouble overlaying the subfields on the nu.mgz file. I tried letting it run for a while but it still does not work. Below I have included the commands I used in Terminal:

I looked over the mailing list and saw that someone had a similar problem in the past and tried to follow that solution. It did not seem to work for me:
