Hi there
I am wondering if the Freesurfer 6.0 version is more flexible with the parameters used for ex-vivo scans other than what 5.3 required, as listed here https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/ExVivo.
We acquired some ex-vivo scans at 0.4mm iso but not with those above parameters.
