Hello All,
I have some questions related to the qdec analysis I have run.
- On running the qdec I see that FWHM is an input which changes
cluster definition significantly. How would I choose the right FWHM for the analysis and can it be related to any imaging parameters?
There is no analytical answer to this question. It totally depends on your data.
- Secondly, on completion of the qdec analysis I want to export the
clusters created by the qdec analysis into a volumetric file (which I can later convert to .nii). Please also suggest a way that would let me only export clusters above a particular size threshold.
You can use mri_label2vol inputting the annotation as the arg to the --annot file. You can output it as a nii doug
Thank you very much in advance.
