I was following the instructions from the beginners guide to fix bad output from skull stripping. However, it didn't work as it should be as described below (see italics) when I clicked on my middle button. Is there any option that I could do to re-assign my buttons to perform the operation?
Do you mean that you don't have a mouse that has a middle button, such as might be the case on a Mac? X11 has ways of assigning key combinations to trigger the different buttons, but it'd be much better to buy a cheap three button mouse.
