the results will be the same under these conditions:
1. the buckner data was downloaded recently (within the past month, where new data was posted that was processed with v5) 2. you are using v5 of freesurfer 3. you are running on either 32b or 64b linux.
deviation from any of these conditions might result in different results for you.
